• Estimate of Hotel Projects, Large Boutique Projects, Office Furniture, Retail Projects, Storages, Cabinets, Kitchen, etc.
• Consult with engineers, contractors, owners on changes, and adjustments to cost estimates.
• Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain an estimation report on a daily basis.

• Estimation of the Project on Luxury Retail Furniture and Storage System like Podium, Kiosk, Display Unit, Window Display Unit, Office Furniture, Kitchen, etc.
• Estimate the raw material like Acrylic, Electrical, Flooring materials, Glass, Graphics, Hardware, MDF/Wood, Metal, Paint, Packing material, Special material, and subcontract material as per requirement for a project.
• Experience in estimation by identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, technical drawings/AutoCAD, client specifications, and related documents based on the project brief.
• Working closely with suppliers and clients to improve operation and reduce probable costs while project executions.

• Collect project brief from the team and note down the proper manner to make the BOQ.
• Estimate the raw material like Acrylic, Electrical, Flooring materials, Glass, Graphics, Hardware, MDF/Wood, Metal, Paint, Packing material, Special material, and subcontract material as per requirement for a project.
• Estimate first and cross-check with production for manpower like CNC, Assembly time, MDF cutting, MDF joinery, MDF final assembly, Paint, electrical, printing, packaging, crating, glassworks, etc.
• Make initial metal drawing as per specification & brief, and send it to the vendor and follow up for quotation.
• Coordination for New material incorporated in the project and monthly review of the existing material rate.
• Maintain the monthly BOQ list and make status based on the report (Won, loss, and still opening) by the project team.
