• Designed and implemented web crawling to assess the product performance on e-commerce platforms; used
Alexa to study the website performance and provided recommendations for SEO
• Automated the data quality check process eliminating 30 hours of manual effort (6 hours of 5 resources on a daily
basis) to less than 10 minutes, resulting in increased efficiency and extended the scope of engagement with the
client

• Worked with leading pharmaceutical client in the US, on various projects such as, generating reports - creating
interactive dashboard for tracking the performance of drugs and research projects
• Call planning to target HCPs to maximize ROI, built monthly and annual business review reports, analyzed the
patient’s longitudinal data (EMR) and lifestyle data to map patient journey and disease progression.
• Built simple user friendly and interactive dashboards using complex features in tableau for brand managers and business unit heads for tracking the performance of new launches, portfolio of drugs in the market, competitor
analysis, impact of promotions on HCP and drug performance (in AMER and Europe regions)
• Supported the Pricing Strategy team of the largest retailer in the US in defining and tracking the KPIs such as price gap, market share, % beat etc., performed association mining, cannibalization, lift in sales and competitor profiling
• Mentored and trained freshers on project delivery and application of analytical tools to make them project ready
