Check and review of tender drawings related to HVAC & Plumbing services and contractual documents issued by the consultant.
Preparing Material Submittal for Consultant’s approval and as per specifications and approved Manufacturers/Suppliers for mechanical works.
Preparing quotations and follow-up for quotation for the inquiries send to the mechanical building works’ vendor/supplier.
Raising non-conformance report (NCR) and queries to the consultant for any deviations from the drawings and specifications.
Site execution of MEP works as per approved construction shop drawings.
Coordination among civil & different MEP trades, interface with services, resolve discrepancies.
Supervision & field inspection of mechanical building services at the project site.
Follow-up with other sub-contractors for daily progress of work at site, in order to achieve planned milestone dates.
Inspecting material related to mechanical building services and ensuring that it should fully comply with Employer’s requirement.
Involved in QC inspection works, Method statements and Inspection & test plan (ITP), FAT, RFIs, PSAT, SAT, Functional tests of MEP equipments.
Attending meeting with Client, consultants, architects, electro-mechanical contractors and other representatives.
Responsibilities include site execution & MEP co-ordination works of electromechanical building services related to HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-fighting systems.
Co-ordination with engineering department as and when required for design drawings, construction shop drawings for Chilled water piping, plumbing & drainage services.
HVAC equipment erection, ducting and chilled water pipes installation works, internal water supply pipe work installation: PP-R, Copper piping, external water supply & other associated works.
Pressure testing for plumbing systems.
Conversant with Cast Iron, Ductile iron, uPVC and other types of pipes for plumbing and drainage systems.
Site survey for Fire Dampers & Motorized Smoke Fire Dampers (MSFD)of all types A, B, C & D with respect to retaining angles, break away joints, fire sealant, fire damper functionality test.
Meeting with client, consultant & vendors for resolving issues related to site co-ordination & material delivery.
Administering the Project Management, Marketing, After Sales Execution, Production and Strategical analyst in the Head office in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia
Single-handedly managing:Marketing, Tendering, Execution and Projects
Maintenance, commissioning & services of Pumps/Turbines to OEMs
Customer relationship and cash generation (order booking)
Client visits to generate business
Drawings, Engineering & Hydraulic performances of product approvals
Organizing & attending technical/commercial meetings with the senior management as and when required
