Construction of SEC 4200 MW Qurayyah Open &
Combined Cycle Power Plant.

crew members including engineers, skilled & unskilled workers.
• Achieved 5% reducition in project cost by expediting construction
progress, resourse management & strategic planning.

Aramco GOSP-1 Plant
• Headed the completion of 3 large scale industrial and commercial
projects as below locations
Sucessfully completed construction 10KM cross country gasline including
civil & steel structure.
• Assisted the Project Manager in planning, documentation, implementation
and overall management of projects.
• Acoomplished sub evaluations/comparision of bids, scope review and
completed procurement as requested by Project Manager.
• Sucessfully Implemented two weeks & one month look ahead plan to
arrange required resounces and set the milestons.
• Effective coordination among construction, quality, engineering &
procurement team including clients .
Construction of CPCL refinery (Oil& Gas)
• Engineering, Procurement & Inspection Consultant, Quality Control, Site
supervision.
• Ensures quality control and standard process is implemented and daily
coordination is done.
• Review & approve vendors/contractor invoices as per achieved milestones.
• Monitor the daily/weekly/monthly progress report &take proper action to
meet out milestones of project.
• Attend the Kick-off & progress meeting with client, & sub-contractors to
resolve the execution issues.
Construction of Dewan Amiri Building
• Expertise in piping, equipment fabrication, erection & heavy Structural
Steel, Tanks, Fire System, Plumbing & HVAC.
• Installed & commissioned, Rotary & Static equipment like pump,
compressor, skids, pressure vessels, Dome tank, & heat exchangers etc.
within scheduled time frame.
• Positive coordination with management, client regarding project
progress and resolve technical -commercial issues without affecting
completion schedule and budget
➢ Succefully close out project to end user by regular Monitoring project
progress database & taking action i.e. RFI-logs, Material-log, Punch-list.
• Expedite to get approval of project closing documents i.e. ECC/CCC/RTR/PAC/FAC
packages.
