Working as commissioning instrument technician, during commissioning l was involved in cl skid, slope tank, fire and gas safety instrument &HIPS system,
Currently working as Senior Instrument Commissioning Technician in NPCC, Abu Dabi. Under offshore project for the client SAUDI ARAMCO, worked on ABSF (Abusafa field), BRRI field and Zulf field in well head platform.
SHELL GTL (Direct contract through Kentech), worked as Senior Instrument Maintenance Technician (Dec 2014 to Sept 2021).
Participated as acting supervisor in Qatar pearl GTL plant, report to Instrument Engineer/lead supervisor & plan / schedule day by day job.
Preparation of Safe work permits/ work packs/ JHA’s & related documents.
Responsible for day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance jobs.
Trouble shooting, Calibration and servicing of field transmitters, control valves and accessories, vibration and speed probes.
To carry out the IPF & CM / PM maintenance of all types of instruments located at different equipment in unit of liquid processing unit
To carry out yearly process safe guarding and IPF enunciator instrument maintenance without any deferment including fire and gas system
Participated as an acting supervisor in fault finding and troubleshooting of all type of instruments.
Having good knowledge to understand of all types of drawings like-P&I, FLD, SIGNAL LOOP DIAGRAM, HOOKUP and PEFS and Cause & Effect diagram
Work exposure on Honeywell Fire & Gas Safe guarding system (PLC).
Work exposure on Fire & Gas Detection Systems and Panels (Electronic - HOW, RS etc...)
Calibration and Troubleshooting of Combustible and Toxic Gas Detectors ( Det-tronics, Gaslink, Sieger, Dragger).
Installation, Calibration and Troubleshooting of Open Path Gas Detectors (Precision Light Measurements, Dragger).
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Acoustical Gas Leak Detectors (make- Innova).
Checking and troubleshooting of UV/IR Flame Detectors, Smoke Detectors
Working experience of Complex & Simple QMI’s, GC’s, CEMS, O2, Co2, PH, Conductivity etc.
Working experience of Gas & Liquid Metering Systems including UFM / Coriolis flow meters, OMNI Flow Computers & Metering Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, Calibration / Validation.
Envelope up curve taking of level transmitter during PM Maintenance.
Discrepancy of control value & stroke check.
Wet leg filling of level transmitter & flushing of flow transmitter.
Calibration of transmitter of HART & FIELD BUS transmitter.
Flame scanner CM &PM activity of furnace.
