• Liaise with the Operation Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks, and assist in the
planning of future tasks.
• Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by staff.
• Act as communication conduit between management and staff.
• Monitor attendance and report absenteeism to the Operation Manager
• Actively promote Health & Safety, and report any breach directly to the Operation Manager
• Ensure that all staff wear the uniform and their appearances appropriate to companys code of
conduct.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities.
• Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors.
• Coaching and developing cleaning staff.
• Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners.
• Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or
misuse.
• Train staff how to use single disk and pest control with the right chemicals
• Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties.
