- Review Procedures and identify areas vulnerable to operational risk
- Develop risk profile side by side with business units.
- Categorize risk as per basel recommendations for regulatory reporting purpose.
- Help business units to design risk controls.

- keep an eye on the international stock markets and update clintes with latest news and trend of global stock markets.
- provide the clients with rules and regulations imposed by regulator in the counterpart markets.
- Perform periodic risk assessment to test the suitability of current policy and procedure to avoide potential risk.
- Assist in achieving compliance with all the applicable requirements in Brokerage Division.
- Follow up on corrective action where instances of non-compliance or other problems that need to be addressed have been identified.
- Conducting the control risk self-assessment test on monthly basis.
As part of cross-disciplinary team, I participated in delivering a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System project representing Business unit in the bank. This project gave me the opportunity to practice analytical, communication and interpersonal skills successfully in order to meet business and project objectives. Moreover, it expanded my exposure to different dimension in the bank. Some of job responsibilities are :
- Review all Information Systems policies, procedures and standards.
- Monitor performance within the Information Systems and address any issues.
- Act as a liaison to other Information System areas within the Bank systems.
- Coordinate with overall management of information / communication services.
- Promote a customer service focus within the Customer Information Systems.
Working in front office of a bank gave me an exposure to different customers needs and expectation from a bank. Part of job responsibility is to Build and manage relationships with an assigned group of customers to satisfy their financial needs and meet financial target of my area.
− Enter commands, using computer terminal, and activate controls on computer
and peripheral equipment to integrate and operate equipment.
− Load peripheral equipment with selected materials for operating runs, or
oversee loading of peripheral equipment by peripheral equipment operators.
− Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance.
− Notify supervisor or computer maintenance technicians of equipment
malfunctions.
− Read job set−up instructions to determine equipment to be used, order of use,
material such as disks and paper to be loaded, and control settings.
− Record information such as computer operating time, problems that occurred,
and actions taken.
− Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or
terminating the program.
− Retrieve, separate and sort program output as needed, and send data to
specified users.
− Type command on keyboard to transfer encoded data from memory unit to
magnetic tape and assist in labeling, classifying, cataloging and maintaining tapes.
