n charge of monitoring and control of projects especially Water Networks, Civil & Buildings in addition to leading projects control team responsible for control of Water and Power infrastructure Projects. Main Roles and Responsibilities:
Worked as Acting Head of Planning & Control section for four years overseeing, managing, and coaching Project Control Engineers focusing on control of projects schedules & cost, change management, analysis of projects progress, review reports and risk mitigation.
Led several Technical Management Teams responsible for review of tender/ contract documents including BOQ, Drawings, specifications and evaluation of bids.
Contribute in development of project management procedures, reporting templates and execution strategy
Budget estimate and cash flow forecast
Review and approve projects' schedules/ updates submitted by Contractors/ Consultants. Monitor project progress to ensure achieving project milestones and analyzes discrepancies relating to project progress.
Issue monthly, periodical reports, KPIs and presentations to higher management.
Review, endorse the contractors’ interim/ final payments. Prepare final settlement & close out reports and submit the for management approval.
Holding frequent follow up meetings to ensure completion of projects on time and within allocated budget.
Review, analysis and negotiation of change requests/ variation orders to assess impact and provide recommendations on time extension/ cost claims and justification for management approval.
