Development & ECM team Supervisor .
1- Manage Integration Solution Department activities.
2- Responsible for managing projects that are strategically crucial to the organization and of a High priority
3- Provide directions and assistance as needed to other projects, to overcome important obstacles/aspects encountered during the project life cycle.
4- Report directly to the CEO
5- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement.
6- Excellent understanding in Enterprise architecture, Application programming, database, System design and Software operation
7- Prepare and provide presentations relative to the project status information, recommendations and strategies to executive management level.
8- Conduct weekly and daily meetings.
9- Analyze business needs, designing and writing functional/system requirements and programming specifications.
10- Provide specialized business and technical expertise to develop and/or modify functional requirements for application development. Also, analyze and evaluate current systems to determine required changes to support applications and processing needs.
11- Involved in customer-facing requirements gathering and solution design sessions. Also, experience in leading requirements (scope, gap) and detailed design sessions
12- Establish and create project management governance.
13- Prepare projects budget, negotiate with project sponsor.
14- Impart training and act as mentor to users and subordinates as required.
15- Conduct performance and employee evaluation and build plans for corrective measures and enhanced career development.
16- Ensure that all employees aware of their responsibilities towards protecting valuable information assets.
