• Responsible for managing all assigned projects.
• Utilize the Implementation Methodology to manage the business requirements and bank resources to meet established milestones and targeted deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to define and manage project scope, anticipating issues and proactively recommending solutions throughout the SDLC.
• Plan business analysis activities, develop estimates for tasks, accountable for managing those estimates.
• Understand and apply IT standards, designs and documentation standards into project artifacts.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Professional Services Tasks
1.1 Provide application and business analyst consulting services
1.2 Identify solutions through understanding business requirements and researching the options available in our products
1.3 Deliver Education as required
1.4 Develop Functional specifications as business requirements.
1.5 Develop/update project management documentation
1.6 Communicate with business departments in a timely and professional manner including management and escalation of business issues as appropriate
2. Project Management:
2.1 Conduct Project Workshops and ongoing project management for assigned implementations
2.2 Follow Project Implementation Methodology
2.3 Contribute to the ongoing development of implementation methodologies and associated documentation
3. Technical Services:
3.1 Assist business users with software faults/bugs
3.2 Help Desk support and QA when required
4. Assist Business Development Team:
4.1 Handling Business issues
4.2 Product demonstrations
• Analyze customer requirements and change requests to develop functionalities accordingly.
• Perform maintenance programming for existing applications.
• Participate in creating screens/mock-ups based on existing templates.
• Implement Development Tasks:
• Cost (estimate) development tasks
• Write code for development tasks
• Perform code analysis
• Perform unit testing
• Re-factor / optimize code
• Review code
• Integrate code changes
• Peer-To-Peer code reviews
• Write comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program
• Fix software bugs
• Troubleshoot and debug software to determine causes of errors and deciding what to do about them.
• Conduct researches & do proof of concepts.
• Perform software releases on staging and production environments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs

2.2 Follow Project Implementation Methodology
2.3 Ensure clients are aware of Professional Services charges for all tasks, by forwarding project documentation/guidelines to the client
2.4 Contribute to the ongoing development of implementation methodologies and associated documentation
3. Technical Services:
3.1 Implementing Software at client sites
3.2 Assist clients with software faults/bugs
3.3 Help Desk support and QA when required
4. Assist Business Development Team:
4.1 Handling Business issues
4.2 Pre-sales support e.g. Product demonstrations
4.3 Maintaining client details
4.4 Assist with set-up, meeting and management of large demo groups
Work as instructor for some collage material like, C++ OOP, Java, .NET Oracle and Database
