Managing projects to implement and customize enterprise solutions utilizing iterative agile methodology to ensure applications scalability, maintainability, extensibility and security.
Role includes:
- Manage the implementation team to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.
- Ensure effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables produced.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks and mitigations.
- Ensure that projects conform to PMI methodology, ADSIC regulations, security policies and required standards.
- Participate with the technical team in their design and development tasks.

- Coordinate and follow up with the networking and infrastructure team to provide the required infrastructure and network setup and assist them on the sizing and capacity planning.
- Define and setup the SLA (Service Level Agreement) between vendor and organization and between ICT and customers.
- Review project deliverables and milestones such as Technical documentations, user manuals, SOW and FSD, UAT ….etc.
- Analyze the different organizations needs and requirements and align it with the technology directions.
- Participate in the projects tendering, evaluation, conception and completion.
- Provide technical consultation and support for the other departments projects:
o EMS: Enterprise Monitoring Solution Project for network, infrastructure, databases and applications and ICT ServiceDesk solution.
o ITS: Intelligent Transportations Systems Project.
o DR: Disaster recovery Project.
o Infrastructure Virtualization Project.
- Define and document customer business functions and business processes using modeling standards like UML and BPMN.
- Budgets estimations and agreeing on the project time scales and deadlines with vendors.
- Hold weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
- Single point of contact for all communications between the customers, partners and vendors.
- Being a member of the technical architecture review team which looking after reviewing all the requested related ICT projects and solutions to make sure it is aligned with the existing standards and regulations, and avoid any conflict with any other existing projects or solutions.
