Managing projects to implement and customize enterprise solutions utilizing iterative agile methodology to ensure applications scalability, maintainability, extensibility and security.
Role includes:
- Manage the implementation team to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.
- Ensure effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables produced.
- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, measuring and managing project risks and mitigations.
- Ensure that projects conform to PMI methodology, ADSIC regulations, security policies and required standards.
- Participate with the technical team in their design and development tasks.
- Produce project related analysis documents to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles, responsibilities, budgets, timescales and resources.
- Coordinate and follow up with the networking and infrastructure team to provide the required infrastructure and network setup and assist them on the sizing and capacity planning.
- Define and setup the SLA (Service Level Agreement) between vendor and organization and between ICT and customers.
- Review project deliverables and milestones such as Technical documentations, user manuals, SOW and FSD, UAT ….etc.
- Analyze the different organizations needs and requirements and align it with the technology directions.
- Participate in the projects tendering, evaluation, conception and completion.
- Provide technical consultation and support for the other departments projects:
o EMS: Enterprise Monitoring Solution Project for network, infrastructure, databases and applications and ICT ServiceDesk solution.
o ITS: Intelligent Transportations Systems Project.
o DR: Disaster recovery Project.
o Infrastructure Virtualization Project.
- Define and document customer business functions and business processes using modeling standards like UML and BPMN.
- Budgets estimations and agreeing on the project time scales and deadlines with vendors.
- Hold weekly internal and external meetings on progress.
- Single point of contact for all communications between the customers, partners and vendors.
- Being a member of the technical architecture review team which looking after reviewing all the requested related ICT projects and solutions to make sure it is aligned with the existing standards and regulations, and avoid any conflict with any other existing projects or solutions.

Analyzing, capturing and document the clients system requirements and develop and implement solutions to meet their business needs.
Role includes:
- Collect and understand the client requirements to produce the business requirements documents.
- Define and build the setup and configuration documentations.
- Develop the required database objects (packages, procedures, function and triggers) based on the gathered requirements.
- Customize the application to fit the client requirements.
- Perform the required testing for the whole solution before implementing the solution and before initiating the user acceptance testing.
- Build the user acceptance testing document and conduct the testing.
- Provide the required training for the client and prepare the training manuals.
Implement, Develop, customize and enhance a full In-house ERP system consists of HR, Payroll, FA, SC and PO modules and prove the system end users with the necessary support on their daily operations.
Role includes:
- Working with the I.T team in Developing, managing, customizing, and implementing ERP system with full integrated modules to the whole company with a count of 5000 employee.
- Analyzing, redesigning & redeveloping huge part of the ERP Modules such as HR, FA, SC, PO … etc.
- Develop a lot of forms and reports based on the company request.
- Develop and tune many database objects and application components such as packages, triggers, procedures, functions …etc.
- Doing data troubleshooting and cleansing using SQL statements and database API’s.
- Looking after the existing database (installation, configuration, recovery and backup, integration … etc.).
- Do daily operations on the DB level by writing DDL and DML using SQLPLUS and some third party tools such as TOAT and PLSQL Developer.
- Prepare the tables relationship diagrams.
- Participate with the quality assurance team in testing the solution after the implementation before moving it to the user acceptance testing.
- Provide the required application end user support for the occurred issues during the daily operations.
- Prepare the system technical documentations and user training manuals.

Enhancing the existing oracle applications and provide the required end users support and training.

- Develop and build new forms and reports based on the end users request.

- Provide the required end users training on the running and new applications.

Trained (240h) at the IT department from 01/07/2004 to 30/08/2004 on ORACLE 9i / SQL PLUS .
