- In conjunction with the Project Management/Operations
Supervision Team including Quality/HSE team carry out necessary
coordination and collaboration between departments.
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Provide active support and technical supervision of the site works.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify
specific requirements of each project.
- Establish and maintain information and documentation flow
among the Project Management Team, the contractors, and other
stakeholders.
- establishing project management objectives, policies, procedures
and performance standards within boundaries of company policy.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize
progress of the project.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to
ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and
project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and
techniques.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project
constraints based on financial analysis.

- Responsible for the overall development of signed off detailed project
scope, goals and deliverables, in Collaboration with senior
management and stakeholders.
- Determine needed procurements and resources (manpower,
equipment, materials..etc.) Throughout the project with attention to
budgetary limitations.
- Preparing the project plan and developing schedule, cost plan and
developing the work breakdown structure.
- Acquire resources required for project execution, and manage and
control project procurements.
- Manage stakeholders engagement & communications.
- Executing projects while maintaining maximum profitability to the
company.
- Monitors and oversee the progress of the project products.
- Facilitate in resource procurement, ensuring quality as well as cost
efficiency
- Enforce safe working environment and advocate the importance of
safety standards.
- Assign all required coordination during the execution with the
Contractor, subcontractor and other parties in the project.
- Develop schedule to efficiently monitor the on time deliveries of
materials from Factory.
- Ensuring delivery of products within the given time and cost in
coordination with concern parties.
- Liaisons with other divisions involved in the project to ensure site
activities are not interrupted.
- Closing project by Prepares hand over, submission of
documents/materials required by the main client/contractor at the
end of the project.
- Carry out other such appropriate duties that is assign from time to
time as required to successfully carry out company’s goals.
- Report to the General Manager & Country Manager.

• Interacting with clients to understand their specific requirements and execute projects accordingly, with efficient Client Relationship Management.
• Cooperate with technical department and financial dept. regarding drawing a detailed project plan, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis to ascertain technical and commercial viability.
• Review and resolve daily issues at construction site and ensure smooth flow of work.
• Assign all required coordination during the execution with the Main contractor, subcontractor and other parties in the project.
• Day to day manage site execution operations and progress.
• Managing Sub contractor activities and ensure execution of tasks as per service level agreements.
• Develop contingency plans with operations team in case of unexpected delays in target schedules.
• Site inspection to ensure work is carried out as per engineering drawings and specifications.

• Act as a Sales Engineer - speak with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Support external departments in business development needs and ideas to develop new products.
• Created feasibility study for Marketing & Sales Center based on market trends, and participated in the development of a business development model to increase market share.

• Draft all project drawings type (Arch, Structural, MEP…etc)
• Interior Designer in Design department 15/1/2008.
• Designed many projects for various clients.
• Assisted Australian architecture Mr. Graham Jones who has a business relationship with Force10 Co.
• Design force10 architectural projects when required.
