* Saudi Aramco, HR Services Optimization Division, September 13, 2003- August 31, 2008 worked there as A business systems analyst.
* I worked on the Management Briefcase as part of the team in analyzing Management Briefcase, I analyzed the safety and security part as well as developing the prototype on ASP to be implemented in SAP.
* Environment IIS 0.6 to make sure that HR-Online Homepage will have to errors once we move the homepage to the new server.
* I was part of the team whom we worked on the eFile project my main task was to coordinating between the Personnel Department and the Record Management Unit on the Digitalizing the employees files and barcoding also coordinating between Dhahran Personnel and other areas sending them the required bar-codes and printing the bar-codes.
* I was assigned to be member of the IR Service Center Core Team.
* I was assigned a Personnel Advisor Job to understand the Personnel Department functions and then to automate them to be part of the self-service “HR-Online Homepage” on a later stage as well as optimizing the technology to save time and effort.
* I was assigned as supervisor of the eFile scanning operation in Northern Area Personnel Division, Ras Tanura, where we do mass scanning for all type of employees’ documents to be part of their file, as well as The Verification of the employee file’s in the system.
* I am was assigned to work on the my SAP CRM Project with the SAP Department, working in the implantation of the Industrial Relations Service Center from the business Point of view as well as the technical.
