I am responsible for managing the Monthly Financial Statements. With a team of dedicated individuals working under me I over see the following:
❖ Working in Oracle Financials 12.0.1 (International Accounting Software)

• Handling the administrative issue and support to seniors for solving the issues.
• Review of daily operational accounting performed by the department.
• Assist the Manager in accounting and operational issues effecting the financial strength of the company
• Reviewing the payments and signing the cheques as per authority matrix.
• Review and manage month end closing process
• Present to the management Monthly Detailed Revenue Analysis
• Present to the management Monthly Management Reports highlighting the major transactions
• Prepare variance analysis reports to measure performance against monthly, quarterly and annual budgets
• Review of financial processes existing in the system, identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective measures
• Manage adhoc reporting as required by the management for decision making purposes
• Prepare the reports in FSG Tool of Oracle Financials
• Lead the team responsible for budgeting at the year end. Consequently prepare budgeted financial statements for management review
• Responsible for managing bank relations and maintaining accurate cash flow on a daily basis
