•Finishing of Millenium Four Stars Hotel consisted of 12 floors, comprised of 150 rooms with 2 basements and 2 floors for services.

Creating a new extension to the Hospital, starting from design to finishing; the new extension consists of 2 floors for physiotherapy department and 2 other floors comprised of 40 rooms.
Construction of external clinics consisted of 2 buildings, 13 floors each, comprised of a reception and 10 rooms each; starting from design to finishing.
•Construction of a Complex of 8 buildings, 9 floors each, comprised of 288 flats; starting from design to finishing.
•Construction of a complex of 35 villas to Al Masaken Company; starting from design to finishing.
•Construction of 11 Chalets consisted of 2 floors each to Al Nakheel Company; starting from design to finishing.
•Construction of Al Qasr Commercial Complex consisted of 3 floors for shops and 3 other floors for offices; starting from design to finishing.
•Adding to the above list, individual buildings, villas, houses, shops, schools and coops were designed and constructed.
