• Contributing to the profitable growth of the bank in line with the strategic guidelines and the bank policies and procedures.
• Feeding the system with all information obtained from customers
• Opening all types of accounts (current, savings, time deposit, saving certificates)
• Answering Customer inquiries and correct errors.
• Receivinging complaints from customers & register them & deliver it to the concern person
• Solving client’s problems within his/ her responsibility
• Handling all inquiries received from clients (position - statements - T/Ds maturity)

• Reconciling accounts and Gls
