Responsible for delivery of project awarded under ELV package. Leading different teams from design, project management, commissioning and handing over to the clients. Handling both financial and technical aspect of projects. Working alongside Pre-sales team, Project Manager to act as sub matter expert for successfully delivery of BMS, Security system, smart metering and physical security system and command control room projects.

• Working closely with different stake holder like planning engineer for generating project schedule, QC Engineer in maintaining quality and project coordinator, Support coordinator for maintain project documentation and correspondence with clients.
• Responsible for selection of subcontractor, define scope of work and approving PO for subcontractor.

Achievements:
• Currently Handling Security system project for New Microsoft Datacenter Project in Qatar Project Value 1 Million Qatar Riyal.
• Managed multiple projects at a time with project value ranging from 100K QR to 18 Million QR.
• Successfully managed and completed ACS HMC Medical city project with 2.5 Million QR in 6 Month duration.
• Currently managing and working on three stadium projects with 16 Million QR for Supreme Committee. Project Objective is to deliver highly available server-based Video Management Systems based on Milestone Application, Dell server and storages. Unified operation of all six stadium by using parent child architecture and VM machine located in Microsoft azure platform. Total no of camera exceeds 15 Thousand cameras.
• Worked on several data center projects in Qatar the most prominent are Meeza MV-2 Tier 3 Data Center 15MW, ES'HAILSAT TELEPORT project -Tier 3 Data Center for Qatar Satellite Company.
• Introduced the used of Microsoft BI in the team to better analyze the ongoing-project data from company ERP system.
Second in command of a team of eight support engineers and technicians, responsible for architecting the design solution according to client requirements, coordinating with designers, main contractors and clients regarding product selection and technical issues. Project management of commissioning, testing and inspection, performing root cause analysis on Warranty and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), mentoring staff, ensuring safety compliance, forecasting and tracking project costs and progress and deputising for the head of department.

• Introduced the used of assets-based maintenance which increased the efficiency by 40 % in maintenance contract.
