• Monitor and observe ongoing project operations on a daily basis with a focus on conformance to policies and procedures and generally accepted safe working practices.
• Full fill the client HSSE requirements, HSE codes of practices and provide the required reports to client on time to time.
• Conducting Safety Briefing for new arrivals and introduce the HSE policy and client safety rules, works site emergency alarms, like H2S, Fire and Abandon alarm.
• Preparing and updating Job Safety Analysis / risk assessment for routine or non-routine work before they start
• Close monitoring of installation, commissioning& maintenance activities (Lifting, height works, confined space, hot works, chemical cleaning process, purging etc.) in different platforms
• Monitor the weather status and advice the crews on safety measures, Monitor radiography at site
• Conduct regular work site safety inspections /audit / walk about
• Oversees the implementation of the “permit to work” system, covering hot maintenance work and man entry, includes reviewing permits issued by operations personnel, ensuring proper measures are taken prior to commencement of work, such as equipment or plant isolation, shutdown and that necessary tests(such as gas tests) are taken. Ensures all work areas are safe for required work through visits to work sites during dangerous or potentially difficult work.
• Conducting initial to final investigation for incident report for LTI, restricted to work, medical treatment, & first aid
• Participating different kind of emergency drills like, H2S, Hydrocarbon release, Fire. etc
• Monitor proper waste management plan at plant premises
• Maintenance and installation of fire & safety and life saving equipments.
• Responsible for coordinating of Quality and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) activities.
• Responsible for establishing, implementing, documenting and monitoring the quality and safety programs / plans.
• Provide coaching (e.g. advice, discussions, training sessions, presentations) and assistance with understanding of the rig safety management systems to all personnel and on board management.
• Ensure that the safety working procedures have been implemented.
• Participate in the client inspections.
• Train and drill regularly on fire prevention and firefighting equipment, maintenance and general rescue techniques.
• Provide information to Management on accidents/incidents in a timely manner according to company and Client’s procedures.

• Leading health and safety responsibility for the workforce
• Organize and facilitate barge inductions, Toolbox Talks, HSE Committee meetings and General HSE Meetings.
• Ensuring the compliance of safety procedures for different workshop operations.
• Conducting the awareness programs for use of Job safety analysis and PPE
• identifying hazardous and problem areas and develop corrective measures
• Conduct an audit program, including the development and implementation of corrective action tracking.
• To ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by EPC contractor, are in accordance with the respective Agreement with company.
• To ensure compliance with company's objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided from time to time.
• Improve internal and external safety satisfaction
• Promote and build the safety culture through daily intervention of unsafe work and reinforcement of safe behavior.
• Review personnel competency and training records and identify related gaps.
• Monitor/chair/participate in regularly scheduled HSE meetings held at camps.

The test, and supervise the manufacturing of equipment, such as electric pannels, Gyezer parts, CNG equipments.
Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Prepare detailed work plans.
Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.
Create electrical single-line diagrams, panel schedules, or connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial solar energy systems or components.
Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
