Monitor vehicle movement using GPS / tracking systems
Coordinate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and emergencies
Maintain vehicle records (registration, Istimara, insurance, Fahas)
Schedule routine maintenance and repairs
Verify driver documents (Iqama, Saudi driving license validity)
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport reports
Control fuel consumption and monitor mileage
Handle transport-related complaints and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate with operations, and site management teams

Greet customers and handle in-store, phone, and online orders
Coordinate orders between cashiers, kitchen staff.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Ensure order accuracy, speed, and quality standards
Monitor order flow during peak hours
Track customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
Support promotional offers and upselling (meals, add-ons, combos)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at customer-facing areas
Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls professionally
Communicate clearly with US customers following compliance rules
Identify customer needs and qualify leads
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly KPIs (call time, conversions, quality score)
Qualified leads and transferred eligible prospects to licensed agents
