Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business
leads
▪ Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director
and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made
and business leads
▪ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
▪ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
▪ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
▪ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
▪ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
▪ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
▪ Develops innovative approaches & ideas to achieve goals

▪ Visits customers on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and inform

▪ Execute all Sales plans as directed by the Company.
Managing all the operational and logistics requirements for the oil and gas
clients.
▪ Ensure that all shipments are met with the client’s SOP
▪ Liaise with local and overseas agents
▪ Ensure all monthly or weekly reports, invoices and billings are completed and
submitted
▪ Support the Operations Manager to streamline existing processes and SOP's
▪ Claim analyst for tade related activities (Demurrage, Shifting, Bunker, Late
loading, Speed up Etc.)
▪ Time Charter vessel scheduling and operation (Voyage Order, Bunker
Arrangements, Performace Port charge)
▪ To make all suitable and relevant arrangements for handling of shipments
independently
▪ To report incidents and hazards as per the relevant working instructions
▪ Complete all task and administration relating to local services such as trucking,
warehousing, services including full hub operations
