RMTC
Project Detail:
Hired by Dogus as a QC At line 1, 1B3 Station. Project comprise of six lines distributed in three Packages. Each package as led to three different consortiums that are BACS, ANM & FAST of contractors under super vision of two consultant Consortiums named as RMTC & RAMPED.RMTC (Riyadh metro transit consultants) is a joint venture of three international companies that are PARSONS, EGIS RAIL and SYSTRA. They are mainly doing supervision on BACS (Bechtel, Almabani, CCC and Siemens).
Work Experience:-
•Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
•Monitor all quality related activities on the project
•Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
•Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
•Review all inspection reports for compliance
•To check and ensure that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop drawings. Also to ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used.
•Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pas the Contract Plan and Contract Specifications.

Project Detail:
Hired by Dogus as a QC Tunnel deputed to give my service for Tunnel, Saudi Arabian first Metro transit project named as Riyadh Metro Transit Project, Project comprises of six lines distributed in three Packages. Total length of track is about Approx. 176 Km. Each package has led to three different consortiums that are BACS, ANM & FAST of contractors under super vision of two consultant Consortiums named as RMTC & RAMPED.RMTC (Riyadh metro transit consultants) is a joint venture of three international companies that are PARSONS, EGIS RAIL and SYSTRA. They are mainly doing supervision on BACS (Bechtel, Almabani, CCC and Siemens). In the project, there are some underground work in the form of tunnels and stations. Mostly underground excavation has been complete by TBM. Four TBM.s of EPB type has been use for excavation. The excavated
Diameter of tunnel is 10.2 meters.
EPB TBM (Length: 7.500KM, Tunnel Dia : 10.30m, Cutter Head Dia: 10.50m):
•Supervision of TBM. (Face Pressure, Muck Weights, Grouting Volumes, Grouting Pressures, Cutter head Torque, Thrust Force, Segments Installation, Mapping, Secondary Grout, Segments Repairing).
•Monitoring of TBMs operations Installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
•Monitoring and recording the following parameters, which could potentially cause over excavation, insatiability at tunnel level and adverse effect on the above structures.
•Face Pressure, Muck Weights, Grouting Volumes, Grouting Pressures, Cutter head Torque, Thrust
Force.
•Personal responsible for Quality Control are aware of and maintaining the project specification and that these are adhered to throughout the project.
•Quality Assurance and Quality Checking of Segments for Tunneling. Coordinating with surface team & tunnel team, Facilitate and arrange mining supplies for TBM.
•Prepare checklist for a step by step quality inspection in all areas of concern.
•Construction supervision and quality control of production of precast tunnel lining concrete segments

Leading the implementation of qualitative assurance across Raw Materials, Work In Progress, and Finished Goods across various functional Departments.
•Mentoring & directing quality - routine and non-outline issues by interacting with concerned departments such as Purchase, Production etc of projects till completion.
•Deliver quarterly presentations to management giving status of HSE at the company
•Ensuring the quality of the material used is according to specification.
•Supervising work and writing daily progress report.
•Making the final report upon the project completion. Mentoring & directing quality - routine and non-routine issues by interacting with concerned departments such as Purchase, Production etc of projects till completion.
•Carrying out RFI (request for inspection) and verifying the compliance with shop drawings, TCR’s.
From Aug 2012 to June 2014
Supervise the overall activities in the material division, Preparation of material submittals, review, approval & Preparation of Concrete Mix Design. Factual and final reporting and Senior Material Engineering recommendations. Dealing with Clients and Consultants during the execution of projects. Material Testing Supervision includes all the tests in Aggregates, Soil, Concrete, Steel, Cement etc.,
• Witness/coordination with 3rd party for testing, Certificates verification and all incoming material inspections. Perform the task of preparing construction plans (ITP), special provisions and analysis. Assume the Quality checking engineer’s role on assigned projects. Site Inspection (Quality) and find out the root causes and rectification. Perform structural inspection and an analysis document using governing ISO codes and ISO standards and engineering formulas.
•Checking material and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirement.
•Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that appropriate preparatory and protective measures are employed at all stages of the work by contractors.
•Ensuring Site activities proceed according to project schedule.
•Carrying out structural steel reinforcement inspections.
•Inspection of formwork.
•Inspection of concrete Pouring.
•Inspection of molding and steel rebar cages.
•Inspection of flooring.
Hangar & MT Shed
Work Experience:
A site engineer's role is vital to a construction project: they have a numb of responsibilities including solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports. Site responsibilities are included but not limited to;
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
•Site walkovers & pre-construction survey
•Management & supervision of work squads
•Site supervision of daily site activity and ensure the work is going as per the contract specifications and approved shop drawings.
•Tracking daily progress according to the schedule.
•Reporting of daily progress and other technical issues to Construction Manager
•Coordination with main warehouse for materials required at site.
•Coordination with consultant for daily inspection & approvals.
•Lead end of the day meeting at site to discuss actual progress and planned activities for tomorrow with site foremen.

TRAINING & PRACTICAL COURSES:
Worked in various types of projects including Metro, tunnels, high rise building, commercial building etc. with various contractors and consultants. Additionally experienced in operation of site laboratory ranging from small scaled to perform only basic tests to a fully-fledged laboratory capable to perform most of the material tests applicable for construction project.
