The basic responsibilities are to provide complete solutions tour customers regarding all their travel related matters. We cover all the domains of travel a customer looks into starting from, advice, planning, Visa Services, Hotel reservation, Tour packages, Ticketing, Airport Transfers and on spot trouble shooting solutions

• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
• Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
