Responsible for the overall quality of operation in line with company business process of the full PM portfolio with a primary objective of increasing operational efficiencies and data accuracy by monitoring the performance of the portfolio and provide feedback to property managers/Sr. managers to aid in professional development.
• Supervise PM staff and provide mentoring and guidance in terms of business process and system best practice.
• Knowledge and background of Strata (Jointly Owner Property) structure and operation to lead development of the OA’s for various properties.
•Co-ordinates with other divisions, including Finance, Facility Management, Khidmah Center, and Support Services to ensure clear and effective communication across the operational matrix for the successful operation of the full portfolio.
•Responsible for the security of all resident and Owner information by assuring the security matrix setting in the system used
• Monitor work performed through the system to determine the acceptability of the quality of the data entry.
• Responsible for auditing and tracking the data entry for more than 10000 tenancy contract in the systems used by the company (Yardi Voyager 7.0, Oracle R12 for and SAP)
• Responsible to give system and Property Management business process training to all new joiners
•Submitting the rent rolls and the monthly reports in details and with charts and diagrams for all our clients.
•Running daily checking and monthly reports for all the projects through SAP, Yardi and Oracle, and Coordinating with ERP team for any issues to be fixed or enhancements as per users and department requirements, and uploading and setting the new projects whenever new management agreements signed
• Reporting internal system controls deficiencies and provides recommendations for improving the business process through the system, in terms of both efficient and effective performance
• Scheduling site visits in order to be closer to the users for checking and clearing pending system and business related issues
•Have been a core member and part of the implementation of the new system SAP since May 2015 and involved in the preparation of the Blue Print Documents of all PM Processes in details and with charts and mapping and the implementation of the same in SAP.
