Buying & Selling foreign currencies from walk in customers on a regular basis and from other Exchange Houses or Financial Institutions whenever the situation demand.
•Forecast daily currency requirements, offload excess currency position to Head Office / other branches/other Exchange Houses booking maximum profit avoiding unnecessary fund blockage.
•Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying and selling rate for each currency to attract new customers/retain existing customer ensuring maximum profitability for the company safeguarding customer service intact.
•Monitor rate on the website or available online tool and forecast currency rate to avoid possible losses and ensure maximum profit.
•Formulate business strategy according to the market conditions, market changes or available market information.
•Respect AML rules, policy, procedures of the company wherever applicable.

Demonstrate leadership skills by extending timely support, guidance, advice to sub ordinates and create team spirit among them to achieve maximum turnover and targeted profitability.
•Ensure that all cashiers have placed their cash box in safes. Safes and premises are properly locked and arrange for Dual custody of safe key overnight.
•Ensure maximum capital rotation is made and no unwanted holding of cash are eliminated ay all tills.
•Ensure employees are punctual and reporting absence and abnormally to ABM and HRD.
•Should identify incompetent and recommend for their enhanced training to ABM and HRD.
•Mark overtime/under time register promptly on daily basis. Assign suitable staff member to dispatch relevant report/ statements to Head Office on daily basis/ according to requirement.

Deal with all customer complaints and find suitable solutions or inform and follow up such complaints with Customer Care Cell in Head Office.
•Read, sign, and follow circulars from the Head Office or admin office and respect the rules/policies of company.
•Forward statinary requisitions to the concerned staff in Admin/HO and ensure the availability of adequate stationeries/form in the branch.
•Forward technical support requisitions to Admin Office
•Respect office guidelines of the company and always keep the counter, drawers, tables, workplace neat and clean.
•Attend all telephone calls within three ringsand give currency rate/information as required by the callers
•Provide adequate and necessary information whenever required to Head office, administration Office or various departments of the company.
•Convey his/her training needs to Branch managers and attend hiring programs organized by HR Dept.
