Manages the IT Applications within the IT department with 60+ members including Subcontractors on the following
Insurance products: Motor, Health, Travel, Home, Protection / Savings, Life and General. My role includes managing:
* IT Applications Development Unit: In house Change Request (CR) development to all software applications
across the Biz including UAT tests, specifically Oracle ERP, CRM platform, Eskadenia, Websites ePortals, Penta,
DWH, Hyperion, Biztalk, iFoundary, SiteCore, Apigree, Appian and Smart Devices App. Leveraging Visual Studio
TFS DevOps to build automated integration & testing pipeline for Apps source code update through TSF server.
* IT PMO Office: Initiates, plans and executes all IT projects through a PMI methodology and PPM tools.
* IT Governance Unit: Established IT Strategy aligned with Biz Strategy, KPIs and processes to ensure effective &
efficient use of IT to enable goals achievement. Performs Organizational Change Management on new systems
and processes. Also, liaise with Internal Audit, ePMO, IT Security, SAMA and CCHI on auditing, regulations, Biz
and technical integrations. Enhanced Jira workflow and repository to meet changes, demands and growth.
* Digital Transformation: Pioneering digital methods to improve all our service aspects. Focused our digital
transformation around platform modernization, product development through standardization, automation
achieving efficiency that are directly passed on our clients who benefits from a consistent quality services.
* Engagement Unit: Manage and liaise with relevant stakeholders on Organizational Change Management and

* Led 21 members to customise, install and deliver the HRMS® ERP software system to replace the existing
AccPacc® ERP system. The PMI structured project was carried out at the client site.
* Planned, managed, directed and reported to the top management the smooth flow of the entire ERP
project. Tasks included team facilitating and authorising design, codes, documentations, test defining
approach and solving poorly defined problems. Implemented GAP analysis, change management, risk
assessment, Business processes re-engineering and creating technical manuals through best practices.
* Directed the installation, setup and configuration of the ERP and SQL 2005. Worked on requirements, data
migration, design business processes and developed schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
PMO Setup for Somac-IT. Dammam:
* Led a team of 15 members to customise a Prince2 oriented Framework structure for a PMO setup.
* Established Tools, Processes and empowered members via creating documentations templates, rules,
polices, procedures and guidelines for projects implementation, Change Management and governance.
* Structured processes that identify responsibilities to be used for project lifecycle to assure projects are
analyzed, delivered, risk identified, issues are solved, changes request are reviewed & compliance are met.

Implemented Workflow and Processes Automation for the Saudi Electricity Company. Dammam:
* Led a team of 9 to implement a Workflow and Processes Automation project using Adobe Lifecycle Server
