• Provides guests with assistance at the front desk during the check-in and check-out processes and throughout their stay.
Guest service agent reservation department:
• Responsible for handling incoming calls to the reservations department in a professional, efficient, friendly manner.
• Responsible for keeping accurate records of all paper transactions and will be responsible for handling advance deposits and keeping accurate records of all advance deposit.
• Familiar with all the online channels updating the rate, checking availability, greating new rates on (your voyager, rate taiger, booking.com)
• Coordination between customers and food and beverage reservations meeting rooms and banquets
• Reporting to my GM, My manager and sale department the history and forecast for the next three months on daily basis
• Responsible for transportation for our guest and arranging the time to drivers
• Working with the internal guest and external either hand document or via outlook.
• Prepare the invoices to some of the companies and travel agents to pay in advance.
