-Exploring new avenues of Business such as new markets and new Customers in order to expand the Client database and enhance the Volume of sales and profit.
-Handle registration and the inquiries from Governmental and Semi-Governmental such as (ADWEA, ADNOC, ADDC, MOID, DPOW, SEWA FEWA) and work closely with them in order to secure the inquiries.
-Prepare proposal, quotation and assist in the submission of tender.
-Attending Technical Meetings with Contractors/Consultants and Convincing them by educating about the product and its approval. -Regularly visit the existing as well as Prospective Customers to maintain Healthy and profitable relationship and also to find out their present and Future demand to be able to meet them in time.
-Creating CRM Opportunities for the enquiries received and Coordinating With Internal Presales/Engineering Team to prepare timely quotations For Clients.
-Generate Monthly Sales Forecast, visit and travel report.
-Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products that has Been purchased, arranging modification & resolving any problem arising.
-Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and Summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
-Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information & training.
-Generating new Clients for increasing business of company by visiting And providing company profile and sales presentation.
