Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Team leader for various Projects such as Towers, Shopping malls, Residential Building, School Building, Villa, etc.
• Performed Re-bar Detailing of various Projects as per BS standard
• Able to understand the Engineer's instructions and convert such instructions into drawings. Able to understand scope of work.
• Able to understand Drawings of other discipline such as IFC, structural and Architectural Drawings.
• Able to visit Construction Site and check Fabrication of steel/Re-bar as per shop Drawing. Handle site issue's.
• Able to coordinate with other discipline and provide necessary technical data required by them.
• Excellent communication and coordination with team members/Site team/Engineers.
• Able to check the shop Drawings & BBS Experience in leading team. Make Project Schedule and work coordination with team members.
• Attending Technical meeting with Customer/Clients/Engineers
• Raising RFI to the Consultants.
• Able to maintain the Shop Drawing Submission Register.
• Able to prepare the shop Drawing Submittal to the Engineers' Approval.
• Assist checking complex shop drawings if conformance to Specifications & standards
• Prepare working drawings, details & sections
• Prepare fit out drawings (plan, elevation, sections and details)
Discussing & Cordinating with Site engineer’s.
• Prepare as built drawings for final acceptance
• Following up with production team for steel delivery @ site
