• Receive and understand customers complains and failures.
• Prepare and communicate the quotations to the customers including labor and spare parts.
• Develop repair plan and schedule the technicians accordingly.
• Conduct customer visit to develop the service business and parts sales by finding customer spare parts requirement.
• Prepare Annual maintenance contracts and communicate it with customers.

• Install generators, panels, switch gears and all other components of Power Plants.
• Commission and test generators and all other components on the Power Plants.
• Attend meetings with customers and provide solutions for all problems in the installation and commissioning stages.
• Managing all technicians and workers and be sure the work is done and meet the specifications..
• Make training for end user on generators and all other components and the operation of the power plants.
• Troubleshoot all electrical problems.
