• Understanding client’s business cycles and control environment related to internal controls.
• Reviewing client accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control
• Conducting Arabic- English and vice versa translation review for the financial statements
of listed and unlisted companies.
• Assist in Preparing financial statements and related notes included on the annual reports
for official use in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Assist in preparing letters to management, proposals and audit and review Reporting
Instructions.
• Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data.
• Examining company accounts and financial control systems.
• Perform substantive testing of account balances to determine reasonableness.
• Inquiring of management and others to gain an understanding of the organization itself, its
operations, financial reporting, and known fraud or error evaluating and understanding the
internal control system performing analytical procedures on expected or unexpected
variances in account balances or classes of transactions.
