•define their Problem that customers face it in internet connection
•Make Troubleshoot Steps to solve customer’s problems
•Escalate case to second level if the Problem needed

•Determine which boards that able to be repaired.
•Responsible for orders of replacement parts needed for all boards under test.
•Responsible for maintenance any issue in Electronic Board Generally.
