- Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital)
pieces for a wide variety of clients.
- Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams and clients to
develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through
a variety of channels.

- Responsible for seeing all projects through to completion. From
concept and design to production
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create collateral,
promotional and advertising pieces

- Assist in planning and art directing photo shoots

- Schedule all deadline to the following departments; editorial and
design and work accordingly.
- Laying out pages for the magazine, often to tight deadlines

- Discussing design and layout ideas with the editor and other
colleagues

- Sketching out and designing the cover - which must always look
distinctive to attract buyers
- Anticipating trends and setting the magazine’s overall visual style

- Mentor other designers (staff, freelance, interns, etc.).

- Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and
specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs,
graphics, animation, video and sound.

- Review and approve proofs of printed copy and art and copy
materials developed by staff members.

- Manage own accounts and projects, working within budget and
scheduling requirements.

- Confer with creative, art, copy-writing, or production department
heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and
to coordinate creative activities.

- Present final layouts to clients for approval.

- Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background
information, and presentation approach, styles, and techniques.

- Conceptualize new marketing material

- Support the editorial, analytical, and managerial team with
creative content
- Manage print related tasks

- Design/produce print related marketing material

- Maintain brand consistency throughout your work

- Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively to the

- Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and
web. This include logos, direct mail pieces, branded
promotional items (such for Nespresso & Mc Donald’s), web
site and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other
marketing materials as needed.

- Work closely with a project team of paid staff and volunteers to
translate their messaging concepts into marketing materials.
