- Manage merchants' and affiliates inquiries in a timely manner by investigating across multiple systems and contact points.
- Coordinate with various departments including the accounting, IT, and the Banks to deliver the best service to the merchants.
Responsibilities :
- Delivering lectures and classes in the field of marketing.
- Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials.
- Assessing students' coursework.
- Sitting and marking examinations.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with merchants and partners.
- Identify opportunities to develop the relationship with the merchants to ensure high quality service.
- Develop analysis reports for the online behavior of each merchant.
-Follow up and communicate with merchants regularly to ensure high level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in research and development, formulation and enhancement of the different Products and services to improve the overall learning experience.
- Find and coordinate with potential partners and content providers inside and outside Jordan.
- Follow up with, QA and Design teams to make sure that the changes are being made to the products/ service.
- Design, test and enhance the online user experience.
- Define the right scope for the software development projects.
- Keep an eye on the released courses and tools and look for areas of improvements.
