• Processing Payroll
• Administer all aspects of the recruitment process from the application stage to the onboard stage, ensuring that the link with the HR Manager and PRO is properly managed so that the Recruitment Policy adheres to Qatari Labor Law and Regulations.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
• Formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures.
• Exit Process: Initiating the resignation and termination process, scrutinize the actual reason behind resignation to take the necessary procedures to retain the staff if possible.
• Disciplinary Actions/ Investigation: Handling the concern cases and investigate the involved staff to find out the root cause and provide recommendations for decision making.
• Employee Relations: Closely working with employees across the organization to understand the concerns and anomalies and escalating to the related departments for amicable situations.
• Filing system/Data Development: Auditing the HR-related documents and filings to ensure that all necessary documents are available when needed.
• Proposal Preparation: creating various proposals upon the request of management and Head of departments.
• Provisioning of Entitlements: preparation of leave salary and airfare by the end of each month and sharing them with finance for management reporting.
• Initiating the new procedures to uplift the operational activities.
• Working closely with other departments to understand their business needs and providing related recommendations.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to superiors.
- Compile and update employees records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, -recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc).
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
- Fulfilment of additional duties as required
- Receive calls from American clients to answer their inquiries and to resolve their complaints.
- Update their profiles on company's system.
- Doing outbound calls.
-Prepare daily reports about the actual & potential leads and submit them to the team leader.
