Co ordinate with the Implementation Manager on the commencement & completion of the project by proper implementation/ Training etc.
Ensure the Implementation team has received the COC & Customer Satisfaction to receive the balance payment.
Co ordinating & Receiving information with the Market Research team to find out the innovations in the market.
Sales of Low current ELV products to the UAE market
Regularly visiting the Main contractors for enquiries relating to ELV & Infrastructure systems.
Discovering under construction building in niche areas & gathering information from the project managers at site to create new enquiries for ELV infrastructure systems.
Establishing meetings with the top consultants and giving them the complete dossier about the product & services offered by the company.
Work in Liason with the consultants to list the manufacturer products approved by civil defence in there forth coming projects offered by the company.
Collect the ED’s, BOQ & the approved manufacturers list to be quoted for the projects for either job in hand or tenders.
Actively take part in government and private tenders in the country.
Work on the BOQ’s on the approved manufacturers list & prepare the complete costing sheet.
Utilise the costing sheet to convert in to a quotation with the complete BOQ adding the mark-up & logistics (Customs, Freight & chargers) to complete the quotation.
In case of ED the design team works on plotting the BOQ & creating the legend for ELV & Infrastructure projects & hand over the same to the sales team.
Engaged in the process of preparing a sophisticated technical submittal comprising of products codes, specifications, images, recommendations, civil defence approved information for bands certification from the manufacturer as per the UL standards.
Handover the complete quotation & the technical quotation with the main contractor.
Follow up with the main contractor on the queries and clarification raised.
If acquire the complete confidence of the main contractor & the consultant by providing product samples.
Establishing a meeting with the main contractor, consultant & my technical head to give assurance on the installation & commissioning.
To discuss with main contractors on the commercials & provide discounts & additional warranties if required.
Discuss back with the manufacturers on negotiating the prices proposed for products & services.
Submitting the revised quotation & follow up.
Closing the deal & collecting the payment as per the payment terms.
Passing on the complete file to the technical head for supply chain, logistics & commissioning of the products to be supplied in the project.
Coordinate with the main contractor & the technical head on the progress of the project.
Ensure the satisfaction to the main contractor & the client in the quality of the products services offered.
Have a mild follow throughout the project & ensure the project meeting the deadlines.
Have continuous & excellent relation with the contractor, consultant & client for forth coming projects
