Working as Accountant for "MAN Diesel and Turbo" Jeddah, Head Office located in Augsburg, Germany.
Handle all types of accounts properly and effectively
Follow and monitor the Standard Accounting Procedures in daily work for all transactions to minimize the financial risk/challenges
Responsible to make the payment to Supplier/Vendor/Employees duly checking the completeness of transactions
Responsible to reconciliation of different Accounts including Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
Co-operate and co-ordinate with Accounts and other Head of Departments in completing their accounting transactions Just-in-time (JIT)
Responsible to prepare the Ageing statement of Accounts Receivables (AR) from Customers
Follow up the payment dues by AR clients till received full payment from them
Ensure timely Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) and comment if any discrepancy, lapses found
Assist in preparing the Financial statements including (i) Trial Balance (ii) Income statement (iii) Cash Flow statement and (iv) Balance sheet process
