• Troubleshoot & Manage hardware resources like Printers, Scanner & Plotter administration
• Managing User profiles, Groups and Policies for users.
• Maintain all IT assets i.e. Servers, Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
• Maintain network connectivity between Work Sites.
• Troubleshoot all the issues by end users at various locations onsite or offsite by remote desktop
• Installation of POS for Shop Angola and co-ordination with Arch Software for software related issues.
• Co ordination with the warehouses all over Luanda and troubleshooting the issues to make work goes smoothly.
• Cabling infrastructure management.
• Provide PC Hardware, OS, Peripherals and software’s support to end users by guiding them on phone.

• Installation and support networking of desktop/laptops systems running Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Hp Personal & networking printers.
