• Preparing and maintaining all quality documentation, including:
• Inspection Request (IR).
• Work Inspection Request (WIR).
• Material Approval Request (MAR).
• Material Inspection Request (MIR).
• Test Reports and compliance certificates.
• Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)

• Prepared quality documentation, including ITPs, inspection checklists, NCRs, corrective action reports, test results, and
WIR/MIR logs.
• Maintain inspection and quality documentation including ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, inspection checklists, NCRs, corrective
action reports, and test records for road and infrastructure works.
• Inspect WBM works including material approval, layer thickness, gradation, water application, rolling, compaction, and
surface tolerances in accordance with approved ITPs and specifications.
• Witness laboratory and field tests such as CBR, FDT, soil compaction, WBM gradation, aggregates, asphalt, and
concrete tests, ensuring compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, and project requirements.
• Carrie out inspections for earthworks, sub grade, sub-base, WBM layers, base course, asphalt paving, kerbs, drainage,
culverts, and associated utilities.
• Conduct daily site surveillance, pre-inspections, and routine checks to verify workmanship quality, materials
compliance, and construction methodology.
• Review and verified Method Statements, ITPs, material submittals, and inspection requests related to WBM and road
construction activities.
• Identify non-conformances, issued NCRs, monitored corrective actions, and ensured timely closure in coordination with
contractors and consultants.
• Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure compliance with contract specifications, ITPs, and ISO 9001 quality
standards.
• Maintain complete inspection records, test results, and quality reports to ensure full traceability and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, surveyors, and laboratory staff to ensure smooth execution
and approvals.
• Provide on-site technical guidance to construction teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure adherence to
road authority standards.
• Prepare and submitt daily, weekly, and monthly inspection and progress reports to project management and the client.

• Supervise daily civil works and ensured compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, and slabs
• Perform quality checks on construction materials such as concrete, steel, and aggregates.
• Verify workmanship to meet approved standards and technical requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Maintain proper site documentation, records, and inspection checklists.
• Assist in surveying and leveling works using instruments for accurate layout.
• Coordinate with site engineers and workforce to resolve on-site technical issues.
