• Kattameya International Boutique Hospital -KIH - Cairo, Egypt: Design & Built project, it is composed of 170 beds and is designed as a high standard general hospital. The total built-up area is 20, 000 square total construction cost 40 million Dollars. (Operated June 2017 )

• New National Cancer Institute NNCI - 500500 Hospital: The biggest Cancer Hospital in the world (Phase#1)

- Faculty of Medicine and utilities building: a very fast project -10 months - total construction cost 40 Million Dollars, opened July 2015.
- Faculty of computer sciences Faculty of pharmacy & nursing buildings, under construction the total budget of construction works 25 Million Dollars. (Opened March 2017).

• BO Island Project -: 10.0 million square meter project it is A unique project in the north coast, phase 1 - Island B, 240Villas &7 huge crystal lagoons -Fast track project 18 months- opened April 2018 .

• Mall of Egypt MOE: Submit technical & management support. The largest and biggest luxury entertainments and commercial project in Egypt. The project budget is 650 million dollar - the project under construction since October 2010 - Soft opening March 2017 .

• Marassi Project in North Coast-Emaar: The package consists of 240 Villas, anchor shop, retail shops building, FMB, Water Desalination plant, Sewage Treatment Plant , infrastructure, roads, …..etc.

• City Gate Project: The largest luxury residential commercial project in New Cairo, 2200.00 acres. Package 3D consists of 340 luxury villas with planned budget 65.0 million dollars.

• Barclays Bank Egypt, BBE - Cairo - Egypt: Barclays building at City Stars Office Towers building Capital #1 to be used for their “Back Office” operations. (Opened in March 2015)..

Where Directed & managed the supervision department and construction supervision services and was responsible for the following projects handing over and clients’ relationship development for:
• Toyota Egypt Middle east ware house in Sadat city: Locate in Sadat city, construction total cost is 18 .0 million US Dollars, it is the biggest cars spare parts distribution center in the middle east &includes a quick services & a show room for forklifts . Opened September 2014.
• Dry Port& Logistics Stores in Sadat City for GB Auto: In Sadat City, phase #1budget 50.0 million US Dollars.
• Excellence Egyptian Training Center- ETCE - phase # 1: it is a unique largest training center in the Middle East with total Cost of 400 Million Dollars. (June -2010 to April-2012).
• Coordinator and Technical Support for Mall Of Egypt “MOE” : Phase#1 Enabling works packages with total cost 20 million Dollars, Main Package 600.00 Million Dollars. Project owned by MAF. (October 2010- August 2014) .
• Some Automotive 3S Facilities Projects; Hyundai Suez, Mazda, Masrya Abu Rewash & Toyota New Cairo.
• Negotiating and Finalizing more than 4 claims in the period from 7-2009 till 6-2010 in different Projects.
