i. Heading the buying and planning functions for all the categories in Fashion apparels like Men’s wear, Ladies wear & lingerie, Kids wear, footwear, Home, Accessories & toys. Average store size 22, 000 Sqr ft
ii. Managing all the aspects of business end to end including product development, supply chain, Sourcing, Buying, pricing strategy, Sales, promotions & markdowns, forecasting, Budgeting & Business plans
iii. Vendor development and management. Managing and guiding a team of 8 Buyers & planners to source the right products

•Managing a team of 6 Members (4 planners + 2 Retail & logistics coordinators)& 32, 000 SKUs per year

•Planning for Men’s category across 28 stores consisting of Apparel specialty, hyper marts and super market stores.
•Product Development, Fit Analysis, Sourcing coordination and Production Feasibility for Men’s Accessories and innerwear for all 28 stores across India.
