• Responsible for handling Vendor Eligibility issues related matters with customers - adding, updating and maintaining updates in a timely manner.
• Handling Public Relation activities like Dealing, Communication, Media Relation, Follow up etc.,
• To ensure local law compliance related to public relation with all government authorities related to Tax, Logistics, Customs, .
• Responsible for liaising with Respective Government Departments for Arranging Visa, Travel Management, Passes, Access Cards etc.,
• Handling Facility management activities and responsible for yearly budget for all facility matters.

Administration Management
1. Follow-up on raised invoices to ensure timely collection. Reports to be updated on a weekly basis.
2. All RPD matters including but not limited to, personal RPD license renewal, film badges submission and collection, isotope approval, etc.
3. All qualification related matters with customers, including updating and maintaining qualifications in a timely manner.
4. Communication with client where it concerns administrative subjects.
Public Relations Management
1. Dealing, communication, follow-up and ensure local law compliance with all government authorities related to public relations officer function, including but not limited to tax, logistics, customs, radiography procedures and regulation, etc.
2. Arrange and coordinate for all visa related matters and all gate pass related matters.
3. Support sales & marketing activities
4. Manage, motivate, and instruct employees involved in PRO and administrative activities.
Facility Management
1. Responsible for yearly budget for all facility matters.
2. Responsible for drafting contracts and supervise the execution and maintain precise administration and finances. This includes buildings (office, workshop, employee housing), cleaning services, printing matter, office equipment and furniture, phones, internet, etc.
1. Monitor/delegate/ensure smooth running of the day-to-day administrative business of the assigned location office.
2. Act as single point of contact to regional management.
3. Observe/control staff attendance roster, where applicable.
4. Co-ordinate with finance department all day-to-day business relating to office expenses, i.e., stationary, office equipment, printing etc.
5. Shall serve as senior representative in behalf of the company towards all external parties with special delegation from regional management, where applicable.
6. Assist/delicate/monitor outstanding receivable statements in the assigned territory with direct coordination to finance and sales departments, and follow up with customers as deemed necessary.
7. Coordinate operational issues with local operations supervisor in relation to logistics, visas, customer relation and other internal departments. However, branch manager will not be responsible or accountable for operations in specified territory.
8. Responsible and accountable for all sales activities toward customers and with internal departments, in accordance to corporate governance and financial policies.
