Carrying out tests on drilling fluids, following company protocols including viscosity measurements, high temperature - high pressure tests using bespoke equipment, particle size analysis, density checks, standard titrations. Trained and assessed to complete all testing without supervision.
•Delivering results within tight deadlines - updating colleagues in weekly progress meetings to discuss upcoming deadlines and managing workload by prioritizing effectively.
•Writing detailed reports of results and presenting data using tables, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.

Planning and delivering engaging science lessons, including presentations, group exercises, individual assessments, experiments, and demonstrations to provide an interesting learning environment for students of all year groups.
•Running an after-school Science Booster class, providing an engaging way of further learning for all students to benefit from. Successful in recruiting high performing students to participate and mentor younger students in these sessions.
•Writing reports and analysing student progress from assessment results and using this data to develop bespoke learning tools for students.
•Communicating effectively with parents/guardians on Progress Evenings and answering questions regarding student work and progress.
•Regularly attending and contributing to staff and departmental progress meetings to set clear targets for the department, students, and personal progress.
