During Work I had the chance to apply several changes to our working process. Creating a data-base for all incoming and out coming notes which allows us to easily control our delivery orders, suppliers trucks and quantities, adding an archive index to all of our documents.
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Holding Receivables a keeping track of customers’ balances and due balance.
2. Accounts Payables.
3. Preparing Cash Flow Reports and assuring the ability to meet upcoming financial liabilities.
4. Assure timely payments for all vendors as per LPOs and Sub-Contracts
5. Banks accounts Reconciliation
6. Follow-up Due Invoices and collecting due amount
7. Issuing LCs and LOGs for projects and tenders.
8. Preparing Profit and Lose Reports and closing projects financials.
1. Assist in training new recruits on Department’s QMS Manual within the scope of new recruit’s functions.
2. Coordinate communication within department, units (Quality Circle, Focus Groups).
3. Assist in the follow up on QMS related issues, audit reports follow-up & reporting to Quality Representative.
4. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports related to call centre help desk activities
5. Control and organize the call centre members’ vacations according to the vacations’ plan
