legalizing them as per company policy, freezone labour law and UAE immigration.
• Enrol new employees and their families in the Health Insurance system.
• Coordinate the full onboarding process.
• Handle the probation period procedures.
v ONboarding
• Receive, check, and initiate the resignation, termination processes in the HRMS
system for further authorized personnel approvals.
• Process full visa, medical insurance for leaving employees.
• Arrange the exit interviews and participate whenever required.
• Initiate and follow up the clearance form with all related departments and get the end
of service calculation to communicate to the ex-employees.
v Files & Records Maintenance
• Handle the full files and records of the existing employees including leave management and master HR sheets.
v General Tasks
• Prepare monthly salary reports to the Finance team.
• Process all type of visa, health insurance and trade licenses renewals.
• Prepare salary certificates, NOCs and all kind of employees’ letters whenever
requested as per company policy and agreed SLAs.
• Arrange Corporate and HR Dept. events & consultancy agreements with third parties.
