Heading a business unit called SMART business, focused on providing consulting services for the food and beverages industry in Kuwait
Working with various QSR, Casual Dining, Fine Dining and Luxury hotels in Kuwait for service related issues, developing marketing programs and delivering consultancy practice

As marketing & business development head, my day to day activities involves:
• Strategic planning -
o Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
o Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed business objectives
o Developing annual marketing plan in conjunction with the director of operations
• Market study -
o Creating market strategy and monitoring business growth along with business strategy
o Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan alterations as needed
o Conducting market research and identifying potential market and target segments
• Advertisement and promotional activities -
o Managing entire marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
o Managing day to day marketing activities such as digital marketing (bulk campaigns), social media, promotional activities
o Developing and implementing new marketing plans for new and existing products

o Creating new product introduction and implementation
o Improving existing products and services and increasing business profitability
