• Handling the leasers' issues in the mall after they sign their
leasing contracts
• Follow up on the leasing payments and make sure the monthly
budget is being kept. My follow up included coordination between leasers & banks; plus scheduling the payment timings & percentages
• Analyzing the cash flow of each and every shop and compare it to the rent amount
• Arranging the mall events for the different festive seasons
including decorations, programs, gifts and shows
• Do spot checks on the shops to make sure legal requirements and those of our management are being adhered to • Talking to mall customers and getting their feedback about the
mall services and the attitude of each employee being ours or of our leasers'
