Fresh air through Heat Recovery units, Exhaust fans, Parking ventilation, Kitchen hoods

Senior Mechanical Site Supervision Engineer / reporting to the project Resident Engineer:
Job description (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting)

1. Reviewing shop drawings as per design, Reviewing the submitted materials as per project specs and codes
2. Reviewing the pre-construction phase documents such as builders work, structural coordination drawings with beams and hollow core slabs, Block work drawings, slab embedded drainage
3. Coordinate between the heights in drawings and the actual constructed ceiling heights to avoid any discrepancies in the false ceiling heights, mechanical coordination drawings
4. Checking any materials received at site as per approved suppliers and country of origin, witnessing mechanical installations, coordination and testing
5. As built drawing, testing & commissioning, snag list preparation and follow up.

16 stories building with one basement 3 floors parking, cooling capacity 1500 TR served by district cooling plant. Through a two plate heat exchangers and set secondary pumps,
Office areas are covered by FCUs, Fresh air supplied by central AHUs at rooftop, dedicated ventilation/smoke fans for parking. Smoke evacuation fans covering all the building. All the equipment and the fire alarm panel are connected to the BMS.

• HRH ARQA Palace Firefighting system renovation

A multi buildings and palaces compound main task was to check and test the existing sprinklers system and fire alarm system, main fire alarm panels, repeaters, BMS system ( sequence of operation during fire events ), FM-200 (Room and trenches integrity test smoke and heat detectors where tested in substations, smoke evacuation fans


• King Abdullah Financial district (KAFD) - Skywalk project - (Saudi Diyar Consultants).

The project involves construction of skywalk footbridges ventilated bridges with a floor width of four to six meters. A visual connection from the Skywalks to the streets and plazas of the city which will help pedestrians to find their way on the elevated bridges

1. Study the project specifications and approvals, Material take off as per site condition and approved submittals, prioritizing areas for work according to civil casting schedules.
2. Estimation of the required manpower and equipment, storage facilities
3. Organize the work priorities as per the planning schedule.
4. coordination of mechanical work with all other disciplines in site and proceed with installation
5. follow procurement/suppliers for material delivery dates and any required data or documents e.g. pump test curves, CFD analysis, control sequence requirements
6. do pre test for the installed application before inspected by the consultant
7. submit the inspection request to the consultant,
8. preparation for commissioning process (pre-design phase, design phase, construction phase, occupancy and operation phase )

Bay La Sun Development is located on the western edge of the King Abdulla Economic City master plan in Saudi Arabia. The overall master plan includes commercial, resort and residential districts. 130, 805 m².The chilled water supplied from a district cooling plant. Common underground car parking is mechanically ventilated (jet fans), AC is covered by the means of chilled water AHUs, FCUs, water supply with the mean of underground and roof top tanks, drainage and waste water all collected to main lifting station to the main water treatment plant

Scope of work was laying establishment Infrastructure for 3 KM as the following:
