Review and approve drawings, materials, suppliers and working procedures for plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Irrigations and elevators.
Review and approve design calculations for plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Irrigations and elevators.
Inspection of the mechanical works, plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Irrigations and elevators.
Review and approve contractor claims.
1- Production Planning and following up the scheduled delivery time. Prepare forecasts and production budgets
2- Overseeing the production process
3- Liaising among different departments.
4- Working with managers to implement the companys policies and goals
5- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems
6- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems
7- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records•
8- Maintaining the production plans & quality requirements
9- Efficient utilizing of labor and equipment
Responsible for manfacturing, preparing material list, drawing editing, & production planning for transformer tanks
To lead a stuff of engineers responsible for
1- Preparing detailed computer aided designs, DWGs & specs for all the stamps, fixtures & jigs.
2- Preparing a complete prototype for the new designs.
3- Sharing as a main member of problem solving team.

• To initiate a computer -aided manufacturing process sheet.
• To make a computer -aided bill of material.
• To assign code number for (Tools, Products, Stations, etc.).
• To make working drawings (Using AutoCAD 2000).
• To design jigs.
