Auditing Activities/ Receiving and reviewing the supplier’s documentation in accordance with the basic requirements.
Reviewing the material testing certification (MTC) for the production, testing, calibration, welders qualification, etc…
Follow up the validity of measuring devices and equipment and ensuring their conformity with calibration.
Inventory cycle Count of the required items & materials for the workshop including consumables materials.
Save the records and documents in folders to view when needed.
Provide timely updates of work planning, work in progress and summaries of work completed, records observations, makes recommendations.
Recommend improvements in processes, people, systems and structures, to reduce waste and continuously improve performance.
Inspection Activities/ Inspection stages of Well Screen Tubes starting from material receiving, visual inspection, dimensions as per approval drawing & the specification requirements, Thickness Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT) & Final Inspection to releasing or storage.
Check the performance of machines that help to install the tube attachments such as Nick out, Drilling, Wrapping, Root cutter & Leath machine.
Calibration monitor for the instruments & the machines for quality measurement.
Relevant with OEPS system to get the approval requirements, specification, standards, drawings, certifications, inventory cycle count & employee services.
Shop Inspection of Pressure vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Tanks, Pipes, Jacket Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Skids, Structural Steel etc…..
Review of Inspection and Test plan and conducting inspection as per the ITP stage and scope of Inspection. less/Welded. Inspection of visual, dimensional control, witnessing of NDE, Mechanical tests & Hydrostatic test. Ensuring all identification/marking was correct according to Client requirements. Duties included reporting any damage to pipes incurred during Handling
Carried out Inspection for Line pipes at manufacturer place for both Seam & Loading.
Review of all NDT methods, Stage, Final Visual & Dimensional Inspection as per the approved Drawings.
Inspection of Hydrostatic / Pneumatic test Inspection as per the Datasheet, IAP, SAMSS and approved drawings.
Inspection of surface Preparation and Painting activities.
Review of complete (Manufacturer Data Record) MDR of the project/ Final Dossiers prior to acceptance of the product.
Marking and packing verification such as end protection prior for shipment.
Checking the welding is complied with the approved welding procedure specification.
Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection / Test Equipment.
Witnessing any testing required as per the project requirements such as Positive Material Identification, Mechanical testing such as Tensile, Hardness test, Impact test etc…..
Inspection of Flushing of Air cooled Oil/ Gas Coolers.
Attend exploratory in Sadara Chemicals project for Stripper, Vent Scrubber, Stripper Column, Stripper Condenser & Stripper Column Condenser items.
The inspection activities were fabrication, visual, NDT (PT, MT, UT, RTF, PMI, Air Leak test) & dimensional inspection.

• Experienced with the destructive testing of the weld test coupons and mock-up test coupons by witnessing tensile, guided bend test (Face and Root bend), impact, hardness and chemical tests confirming the material compliance as per the relevant standard or test certificates.
