 Responsible for 3 relationship managers in one of two groups of the corporate real estate department at DIB.
 In addition to the above, managing a separate 0.9 billion dirham corporate real estate portfolio (72 customers)
 Managing 4-5 billion dirham portfolio while the whole department is managing 11 billion (two groups)
 Directly consulting the vice president of the group and permanent replacement for said position during his absence
 Developing relations with key industry players and identifying target clients to expand business.
 Managing day to day operations of assigned accounts and insuring the delivery of excellent service to the client’s satisfaction.
 Ensuring the preparation of high quality credit proposals addressing all related risk areas.
 Monitoring customer’s financial performance, projects, business progress, and red flags to avoid any credit losses.
 Ensuring compliance with internal policies, prevailing laws and regulations, and Islamic sharia.
 Assisting in the preparation and presentation of annual budgets based on clients specific business plans.
 Coordinating with other departments in the bank to ensure that all business related issues are resolved.
 Defining and updating the target market and risk acceptance criteria
 Preparing and presenting annual budgets for assigned portfolio.
